***VIP TABLES have a minimum spend requirement of 500 BGN

* The event organisers keep their rights to change the arrangement of the tables.

In case of damage, loss or breakage of the access wristband, the organizer is NOT responsible for restoring the customer’s access to the event.

All ticket categories valid for both days of the event (December 19 and 20) are issued with a barcode that can only be scanned once. The wristbands for these tickets are made out of fabric and MUST NOT be removed after the end of the first day in order to gain access to the second day of the event. If the wristband is removed, damaged or lost, your ticket cannot be scanned again and you will not be able to access the event.

You can’t leave the event area before 04:00. If you leave before 04:00 - you will not be allowed to enter the event once again.
