What is ticket return insurance?

This insurance will reimburse you for the cost of tickets purchased if you are prevented from attending a booked event due to illness, for example. Details can be found in the insurance conditions. Insurance can only be taken out when the tickets are ordered. Unfortunately, it is not possible later on.

How do I take out the insurance?

During the ordering process, you can take out insurance by clicking on "Ticket return insurance" in the shopping cart. The cost of the insurance and the new total will be displayed in the shopping cart.

What do I do in the case of a claim?

Should you need to claim, please send the following documentation to the address given below:
A brief letter with your current bank details • The original tickets for reimbursement (or hard copies of the tickets in case of print@home orders)
• The order confirmation E-Mail
• The receipt delivered with the tickets
• A medical certificate with diagnosis and treatment data or other confirmation in accordance with § 7 (e.g., medical certificate) of the insurance terms and conditions.

After the documentation has been checked, the value of the tickets will be transferred to your stated account. Please send all documentation to the following address:
