World-renowned Israeli musician, Idan Rachel, is coming for his first concert in Bulgaria together with part of his multicultural formation "The Idan Raichel Project". On the 17th of September on an open stage under the stars at the Ancient set in Nu Boyana Film Studios, Idan Raichel will perform his inspiring piano show.

Guests of the event will be able to enjoy an intimate atmosphere created by the acoustic sounds at the foot of Vitosha mountain. Rhythms from Ethiopia, taste from Columbia, scent from Mali and colours from France will take the audience on a journey to a world of hope, freedom and love. 
 
Idan Raichel is a musician and producer who inspires the public to seek a better and free world through his works. His unique formation, The Idan Rachel Project, brings together more than 150 musicians from dozens of different countries who perform songs in different languages, accompanied by traditional and exotic instruments. The group won worldwide fame in 2006 when a special edition of their compilation received international distribution. In 2009, Idan Raichel issued a second international album "Within the wall", again in partnership with musicians of different nationalities. The musicians performed on some of the most famous stages in the world, including the London‘s Royal Albert Hall, the Opera House in Sydney, the Bataclan Theatre in Paris among many others. Furthermore, the project partnerned with stars such as Alicia Keys and Patrick Bruel, and in 2013 they were invited to give a private concert for the US President Barack Obama.  

The event is part of "The Tolerance Festival", which will take place in Sofia on Sept 17th-18th. 10% of the profit from the tickets will be donated to the Bulgarian Red Cross.
